This art video is comprised of 999 photographs, 1 photograph taken every 45 minutes for 22 days. Then its entirety is played back in a timespan of 33 seconds. This allows viewers to see the time-based aspect of this installation. The switching of light is actually the light bulbs burning out. As you can see the rubber bands seem to be at their strongest just before the cascading collapse begins.
